Lawlers apartments have been a long-standing favourite with groups and families for many years due to their proximity to the centre of the Hotham Village, chair lifts, shuttle bus, restaurants and bars that Hotham has to offer

Lawlers 40 is a large apartment over two levels that offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and extensive 270-degree views across the Village, Summit and the mountains beyond

This 4 bedroom apartment has a queen bed with ensuite and spa bath, a queen bedroom with one set of 2 single bunks, bedroom 3 has 2 sets of 2 single bunks and bedroom 4 has a double and 3 singles - Sleeping 15 in total.

There is a large drying room, well-equipped kitchen with new large gas/electric stove, microwave, 2 x 500litre fridges, dishwasher, plus there is a washing machine, dryer, TV, DVD, CD system and a Nespresso coffee machine, pods not supplied, but available from Chalet Hotham reception. The main living area has lounge seating for 15 as well as a large dining table with surround seating. This is a fantastic apartment for groups of families and it's proximity to the Village lift and Hotham Central is a real plus.


All Linen, Bedding, Towels and a starter pack of Bathroom Amenities are provided

If you arrive prior to the arrival time of 3.30pm we are able to hold your luggage in the Lawlers luggage store. If the apartment is ready when you arrive at Mt Hotham we will happily allow you to enter the apartment otherwise you will be advised via SMS once the apartment is ready

Check In: After 3.30pm Check Out: From 8am - 10am

Check In Location: Proceed to the Corral Day Car Park and contact Mt Hotham Accommodation on 03 5759 3522 upon your arrival. You will be required to come into our office located at Chalet Hotham to formalise your arrival and directions to Lawlers Apartments will be provided

Over Snow: 3 trips IN and 3 trips OUT included to assist with your luggage
